WHAT IS MORE PAINFUL, HAVING CANCER ? CHILDBIRTH ? HAVING YOUR PERIOD ? YES, THOSE ARE, BUT NOT A MAMMOGRAM. You must have had a better technician than I did. I don't know that I will ever have another one! Nina

Guest guest
Nina, please don't think that way. It would be a lot more traumatic to lose a breast to cancer. Because of a mammogram, my cancer was caught very early so that I didn't have to lose my entire breast. I had a lumpectomy instead of a mastectomy. I'm a little lop-sided now, but I just put some pads in my bra to even things out. Having a mammogram is not a pleasant experience, but it is a necessary one. Guest guest
, I have experienced this sensitivity myself except when I used to have periods, but it doesn't sound normal to me for it to be always present. I think you should run it by your OB/GYN.
