I'm sorry to hear about your inability to find product. The current

manufacturing situation regarding Methotrexate Injection is as such:

Methotrexate

Injection is currently in shortage as two other generic manufacturers, APP and

Mayne, are currently out of the market, due to production issues. As a

result, Bedford Laboratories is supplying the entire market, and we are

experiencing problems keeping up with demand. We are currently backordered on

all of

our dosage sizes. This includes the 2 mL, 4 mL, 8 mL and 10 mL dosage

sizes.

Bedford Labs anticipates releasing product on the following dates:

50 mg (2mL) 4/22 100 mg (4 mL) 5/16

200 mg (8 mL) 4/25 250 mg (10mL) 4/22

5/19 6/2 5/25

5/13

5/20

5/17

5/22

My suggestion to you: call your pharmacy on 4/22 and tell them Bedford Labs

released product; have them call us directly to drop-ship to them

(1-800-562-4797, ask for Customer Service) or, if they aren't allowed to place

drop-shipments, tell them to call their wholesalers for product. We will

provide the

three major wholesalers (Amerisource, Cardinal and McKesson) with product.

If you need further assistance, do not hesitate to contact me. Also,

please read the attached memo, as it outlines our position on using the

entire contents of each vial, especially during the shortage.
