Guest guest
I have been participating in a plasma donation program for almost a year. SeraCare pays me $200 plus mileage to donate plasma once or twice a month so that they can recover my RA antibodies. I've also been hoping that my antibody count would go down, but so far, it hasn't. Anyway, this plasma is used to do research and to provide a known positive for each RF test that is run. My contact recently asked for referrals, meaning if I knew anyone else with RA (ha!). This really isn't a spam, although it does sound like it! I've been a member of Ra Support for years, I'm just mostly a silent lurker unless I have a major crisis. I've been debating on posting this since January. Anyway, to qualify for this program, I needed a RF number (is it dilution or anitbody count?) higher than 2000 and a hematocrit higher than 38. They are also looking for donors for other Antibody Programs such as: Chron's Disease Crest/Scleroderma Epstein Barr Virus Hasimoto's Hepatitis A or B Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome Pernicious Anemia Raynauds Scleroderma Sjogrens SLE-Lupus Thyroiditis Wegner's Disease If you are interested in contacting SeraCare, feel free to email me at la_roberts@.... If you give them my ID# and you qualify, I earn a referral bonus and you can start earning money, too. It has been a big help in defraying my medical costs. Thanks for reading my commercial! I hope it wasn't an inappropriate post. Blessings, la_roberts@...
