Guest guest
Hi, I have RA and degenerative disc disease with 4 herniated discs in the cervical spine and am not only experiencing extreme pain in my wrists and fingers etc but have now been experiencing paralyses of my right hand ( am unable to grab anything or lift my hand. I went and had the MRI of the neck a week ago, then was referred to a neurologist which did the nerve and muscle function tests ( still waiting for a result) I am a little frustrated as to how long all of these referrals are taking ( I recently moved to Ocala from the Keys and have not had a rheumy for almost a year despite asking for a referral almost a year ago! I do not know if this is the RA or the neck and would hate to have to have another surgery of the back but I have a four year old and can't go on with only one hand ! My arm feels like rubber all the way up to the elbow....anyone have any ideas? thanks, Jacquie
