Guest guest Posted January 7, 2009 Report Share Posted January 7, 2009 the cleanse is an optional 'fast', hence the cleanse physically from the 27th (i think) to Jan 1st with all-day sessions of conversation and 'work' sessions with . the school is 9 days of structured exercises each day....the cleanse is apparently much more informal.
