Elaine I am so happy you are feeling so much better, it is high time you got

some type of relief. No I have not tried steri-strips but plan on checking with

my pharmacist tomorrow. Thanks for the information along with your good wishes.

June,

I'm doing significantly better, feeling like a new person over the

past year. Thank you for asking. I'm nowhere near normal for most

people, but for me to feel so much better I'm happy. When you've hit

bottom, all improvement is greatly appreciated.

Have you ever tried steri-strips? My father-in-law has the thinnest

skin I've ever seen (does not take prednisone either) and can't even

use band-aids. However he does use steri-strips and they are

literally life savers to him.

Good luck with your surgery. I hope all goes well.

Elaine

Prednisone skin) It was very sore but is feeling better today. I have

my preop on Monday so I would prefer not to have an open wound. I

will be meeting with the anaesthesetist to see what we can do instead

of a general . I am going to ask about a femoral block. You are so

right about humour, to me it is a vital part of coping, my sons and

grandsons all have great sense of humour and we all laugh a lot. How

have you been doing? Any better?
