Guest guest
I am new to the group and haven't been 100% diagnosed yet although my Rhuemy has given me a perscription for plaquenil. We're waiting for all test results to come back. I have decided to forgo his treatment plan in order to pursue Antibiotic Protocol. I asked earlier if anyone had tried this and didn't get much of a response. Is that because no one is really familiar with it? I realize that many rheumatologists refuse to use it even though clinical studies show that it works in some people. The book " The Road Back " outlines it pretty well as does " The New Arthritis Breakthrough " . I belong to another message board comprised solely of people who are using this treatment method and many of them have wonderful things to say about it. I just can't understand why a cheap, safe, clinically proven method of treating RA (and other things) is being ignored or downplayed by many doctors. There are doctors out there who use it and swear by it too. Am I just naive or too new to this or what?
