Im from CT originally and moved here when my dad got transferred down here in nc for a job...we visited and moved down here. I love it here and would never go back up north- especially since the cost of living is insane. But its very nice here. we have the mountains and the ocean:) I am sorry your having breathing troubles and the weather sets it off.
