Guest guest
well, I suppose I should just admit right now to the gentlemen on this list, that has helped me so much here lately with my diabetes, I had more then one beer or so at the dance on /Saturday night. I didn't take my meter with me, cause I really didn't want to know what my sugar was. I guess I should be ashamed of my self, but I don't believe I am. this is some thing that I don't make a habit of though. I will tell you, that I didn't eat any thing that wasn't diabetic friendly all day Saturday. and there was some stuff to eat that sure looked good. I figured if I was going to drink a few beers, I should do what I am suppose to do as far as eating. I have heard that one or two beers can lower your blood sugar and hard liquor will raise it. the hard stuff I don't partake of, how ever, I do enjoy a cold beer now and then. just figured I should let you fine people on this list know about the beer, before grandpa Cy told on me and made it sound worse then it was. now I am back at home and the party is over. now I will get back to being a good little diabetic boy. please don't gripe me out to much. Guest guest
Hi group, I will tell you that Mark did make some sort of effort, mild though it was, to be a good Diabetic. He did not have a single one of the Brownies which were made with a Dove kiss melted into them and topped with chocolate ice cream. Mark, should I tell them how many you had?
