Guest guest
Susie, Well I did good all day and for dinner I ate 1 cup of pasta with 1/4 cup of spaghetti sauce on it. My total carb. consumption for the day was 66 grams. That pasta must have done it. How long will it take to wear off. Guest guest
My name is Gale. I live just North of Houston, TX. Last week I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. I have been reading your messages and they are inspiring. I would love to be added to the prayer group, to pray for me and I will pray for you. I don't see my Pulm. doc for 3 months; he will do another CT to see how I have changed. Meantime, I am on board with you'all. I have upper chest pain, just below the collarbone. What is that? I have never read anyone talking about that kind of symptom. Please answer on the board/ or gale17444@....
Guest guest
Gale, Welcome to our wonderful group. A monsterous disease brings us all here, but we have strength in numbers. I have been fighting the fight almost ten years and I have learned more these last 10 months than any time before. I have also been so relieved to have people to share with....people who GET IT! There are some of the sweetest and most caring people in the world right here. The only thing I can think of that may be causing your pain is this: Sometimes when we cough so hard bones get stress fractures. I have had three rib fractures. Prednisone is hard on our bones. Perhaps you have a small fracture in your collar bone. ???? Let is hear more from you. Hugs, Joyce PF 1997>> My name is Gale. I live just North of Houston, TX.
