Guest guest Posted March 4, 2005 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 Just to let you know that ex-SIL picked up the kids this evening (he didn't even call to let know what time he was coming, showed up at 7 PM.) He was " nice " --didn't make any threats or confrontations. He did, however, ask for a hug, and when she told him she wouldn't feel comfortable with that, he said he didn't understand why! And dear little Bekah uttered her first sentence--when called the kids to the door saying " Daddy's here " she took one look, shook her head, pointed outside, and said " No, Daddy work! " Out of the mouths of babes! One more thing, to make you all aware of--if you haven't taken advantage of the on-line free credit report, by all means do so. We found one inquiry on our report that indicated someone was using our name to try to obtain credit. And found that her ex had a large balance on a credit card, WITH HER NAME ON IT!!
