Guest guest
Not sure if tou did you would be safe...in this area they are annexing land left and right that use to be WAY out in the country. Even forcing those poeple on city water and sewer. I am not a native Texas....and sad to say I have always thought Texas stinks!!! LOL But I guess it really does matter where you live these days..taxes or something with take all your money! We bought our house and I just hope and pray we can unload it and get back what we have put into when the time comes to leave Texas. We have few more years until my children graduate from high school. I am hoping to convience both of them to go to college close to where we plan to move..if not they will end up stuck here by themselves. Often I think Texas stinks. I have homesteaded my home but my taxes are still going sky high. Talking to the tax collector hasn't done any good either. I have thought of selling my home, moving out in the country into a doublewide mobile home and get rid of this brick house.........Joyce M

My dad was in the oil field and so is my hubby. We have always moved ourselves. Before I got sick, it was an adventure. The company my husband is working for wants us to move three hours from here. I am not up to it. Only way I'm going to agree is if they pay to move us (and pack). If I tried to pack and get us ready to move, they'd have to put me in the hospital I would be in such a flare.
