I had surgery 18 months ago and had no issues BEFORE surgery but have had some afterwards. I mean within a few weeks of surgery it started. I had one follow up with my neurosurgeon after surgery and he pretty much told me that chances of retether were VERY low, around 5% and that I should have no incontinence issues since I had chose to have the surgery. At the follow up he didn't want to hear that the surgery was anything but successful. And to be honest, he was the first neurosurgeon who even considered my TC an issue at all.
