All of us here have had extraordinary challenges in our lives. Many folks who haven't 'walked in our shoes' just don't have a clue! IMHO, living in this complicated world can be difficult even if someone has no significant burdens to live with. To walk with pain everyday but choose not to become bitter, that is life-affirming, indeed. I feel so blessed to have you all rooting me on whatever the present hardship may be...and knowing you all reach out even in the midst of your own pain makes these blessings even more precious. So, I thank you for your love, your courage, your tenacity, and your compassion. And I pray I learn to be more like the One who did NOTHING wrong, yet suffered, died and rose for each of us. Let us continue to love & treat each other tenderly. In this little group there is more love than many people will ever encounter. What true treasures we have right here!
