Guest guest Posted March 23, 2005 Report Share Posted March 23, 2005 Last Friday night, my companion of a number of years died inn the veterinarian hospital. He was a Jack Terrier and was very smart. Now, I am having a problem dealing with it. When I do things I'd been doing, he's not there like he was supposed to be. He was having seizures all of a sudden, but we don't know the reason. Now I need another dog to take his place. I think that's the easier way to get over his passing. I can't afford much, but want a smart, small dog that's easy to care for, and I can train from the beginning. What suggestions do you have for me? I don't know much about the smaller breeds.
