Guest guest
June, You're welcome June. This is a BIG pet peeve of mine. The manufacturers are aware of this problem and one company even added the Q-10 to their statin, but it's not available to us because of a patent issue. These manufacturers spend billions on advertising so you'd think every doctor would be aware of this problem. It shouldn't suprise me that most doctors aren't aware of it either. It's very difficult for them to keep up on everything, but I feel the pharmaceutical companies should make sure they know. One man on TV was completely paralyzed from the muscle damage caused by the deficiency. Sad thing is that his doctor put him on the cholesterol meds as a precaution, not because he had high cholesterol. a On Sun, 6 Mar 2005 20:21:22 -0500, June Dixon <juner24@...> wrote: > Thanks a, very timely article.
