Both can be organized and those that want to cruise can, and those that want to go to Vegas can, and if they are scheduled at different times, those with lots of money and time can do both. I am fearful of seasickness......I've only been on a charter boat once, but I remember it was not a pleasant experience and I am one that tends to avoid the things that make me sick or make me feel sick if I can.
