Guest guest
These are very good ideas. Ken, you could also volunteer to teach someone English. Many communities have both formal and informal programs through which you can be trained (though not required for all types of programs) and matched with a student who needs your help. The students may be recent immigrants or people who have lived in the US their whole lives but don't know how to read or write English. Often, if you are open to it, the student can come to your home for instruction. Not an MD I'll tell you where to go! Guest guest
That's a GREAT idea, . I used to do that when I was in high school. I taught english to new immigrants. I found that to be very rewarding and I made a lot of new friends in the process!! It's definately worth a try, Ken!!...Marina > These are very good ideas. > > Ken, you could also volunteer to teach someone English.
