Guest guest
Hi - it seems like a while back someone had mentioned feeling " grooves " in their head - is that right? If so, did you get that checked out? Did you or are you having headaches with this? Just curious - I am having the same problem - the groove in the head which feels bigger at times than at other times - and some horrific headaches - do have migraines but they are not all that type of headache - doc says he thinks they are " muscular " in origin and related to the fibro - I think I hate the fibro - actually I know I hate it - it seems to progress even they the docs say it won't/doesn't. Then when I go in and complain that it is worse - I get the response " well, Sandi, we always knew it could and probably would get worse " - this after you told me it wouldn't! Some days it hurts to walk, some days it hurts to sit, some days it hurts to stand - and other days it just flat out hurts to be. Hope you are all having a reduced pain day. Guest guest
Sandi, The same thing here about the fibro except no one has offically DX me with it. Do you have stiffness with the fibro? But somedays it hurts to do anything but lay in a comfy bed. It's annoying to me because I can never make plans ahead of time since I won't know how I will feel. Today has been one of the better days I have had in a long time. One thing I have learned is that stress does make things MUCH worse all over. I'm going through menopause to top things off. I haven't had any headaches yet and I pray I don't start getting them due to menopause. Hope you find relief soon.I also have a form of lupus. BTW- I am a native Nebraskan born in Lincoln. But did the majority of growing up in Colorado. And now me and my husband live on The Big Island of Hawaii.
