It seems to be an emerging immunomodulatory drug similar to Thalidomide for advanced cancers and is beginning to be looked at for prostate cancer. I've found one reference: 24. Sison B, Bond T, Amato R, Crawford D, Crighton F. Phase II of CC- 4047 in patients with metastatic hormone-refractory prostate cancer. J Clin Oncol. 2004;22:4701.
