Guest guest
It is my hope that this conversation will soon end. Please remember we are all about support, and I don't want the conversation to become inflammatory. We deal with enough inflammation!!!!! It doesn't matter where support comes from as long as we get what we need. There are several other online support groups, and some here belong to more than one. Although I feel it would be a shame to eliminate people over the age of 50 to a support group, it is 's right to do so. Advertising a new group shouldn't really be done, but I have no problem with it because all I truly want for everyone is for them to get support wherever they best can get it. I have no fears about loosing members from this list. My prayers are for a cure for these diseases so I loose ALL of my members. I am now just 50, but I got sick while in my 20's. I had 2 children and raised them in spite of RA and multiple surgeries. Many people over the age of 50 can be quite helpful to younger people raising families because we've been there and done that. a Group Owner & Moderator
