Dear a,

I do not write much but I can't imagine having a group that eliminates

purposely eliminates the wisdom of the members with the most experience. I am

40 but I cannot imagine one issue that affects me that has not affected

members older than I. I do not know what purpose would be served in excluding

anyone from the ability to give and get support.
