Hey listen

this is a critical situation and we need to act fast. I'll do both, albany &

nyc again. but we have to know if anyone will attend, and if so how many

people can commit to showing up. If we do decide to protest .. we have to do

it this week. Next week may be too late. Whos in for NYC again and whos in

for ALBANY? I think Pataki's office is our best bet and we should bring our

children with us !!!

Hi again ,

I can do both ... Too important not to.... Looks like we can count on

Bernadette, Jeannine, anyone else? This week would be best..... Anyone

from Albany area with suggestions for rally location? Lets act fast....

ps.. Jeannine, you are welcome to ride along with us.....

Time to put in my 2 or 3 cents.

Hello everybody, and welcome to and everybody else who's just arrived

here.

- You are one of the most admirable persons I know. Good luck :)

The only one crazy is the one that could not take in a beloved family member

when there is heart room to spare :)

Kitt: when i first heard your story of how unhappy you felt over there, my

instinct was to say : " pack and come home " but I guess i have to look at my own

glass house first, huh? Please write me, or let me know if I can aid you any

further - you can even send me your phonenumber if you need to let go and vent

to an understanding ear. Just don't think noone belives in you, or everybody

thinks you are crazy *hug* Yes it's insane to marry a foreigner and then try to

adapt to the country - sometimes it's worth it - sometimes not.

Deaana, take a nap for us :)

Hello and welcome to you too ;)

Celebrex changed my life - i am on 200 mg twice a day, and have been for about

6 months now. I can walk, stand, move, and even scratch my own lower back :)

I've used my cane 10 times since I started on it, and before I coudl hardly

walk without.

Ester Welcome Home, dosen't your own bed just feel so much better and nicer and

compfier ? :)

Now - i have a silent request. I get the digest form and could it be possible,

when you answer an earlier post, that you omit most of the old message.

Eventually cut and paste a bit - to make the letters a wee bit shorter? Do we

have any guidelines set up or am i oversteppign my boundries now?

I posted last week about RA - and my lungs. I went to the doc on friday, and

she put me on antibiotics for a sinus infection and for a chest x-ray to see if

we could find anything else. Unfortunately I am still trying to expell the

lungs from my body, in very strong cough attacks, where I end up totally

collapsed.

I have yet to get the results on the exam, so we'll see about that.

There is still the lurking ghost of Wegeners Granulamatosis, which only can be

kept at bay with Huge amounts of Prednisone *shiver*

but we'll take that as it comes.

*shares a cup of Markussens Universal tea with honey with everybody*

Hi,

You should be eating more carbs. Try to eat an equal portion of protein and

carbs at each meal. Also, I don't think you need to count the carbs in the

veggies. In Meal #2 you need to add carbs. Maybe a piece of whole wheat

toast? In your meal #3 you should add a carb such as brown rice. Meal #4

only has 11 carbs and should have 20-25 and meal #6 only has 10 carbs.

Hope this helps!

i would say don't get caught up on the calories. Just do the

measurements like the book says.

Someone has cited a University of WA(washington?) study showing HHV-6 (herpes-6) as the cause of MS. I haven't been able to find anything more than a possible link between the two on a Google search. These studies were six or more years old. Can you let me know where the Washington study was published?

Thanks,
