Guest guest
I'm a active spectator of this site and have been for many months. I enjoy all the postings and have learned much just observing. I have been reading, with interest, the suggestion of many in regards to supplements and today went out and bought the following...Calcium/Magnesium (500mg/200mg); Niacin (no flush - 500mg); L-Carnitine (500mg); CoQ10(30mg); Vitamin E(400 IU); and Folic Acid plus (400 mcg each). Now that I have them...what do I do with them? Obviously, I know I need to take them but while I've seen quite a bit of advise as to what types to buy little has been said about how much and when each should be taken. Can anybody give me some suggestions. I'm a 47 year old male who's had lone A-Fib the past 7 yrs. I have episodes every 7-8 days lasting 12-20 hours but, believe it or not, I'm very active...work out 1-2 hours daily, play golf 3-4 times a week and have tremendous energy plus raising, along with my wife, two little girls. Am on Procainamide (4000 mg/day), Nadalol (40 mg. day), Calan (120 mg./day), Accupril (5mg/day) and an aspirin. Any help would be appreciated...thanks!
