Guest guest Posted March 4, 2005 Report Share Posted March 4, 2005 Just joined this group tonight - my head is spinning with questions - here's another: I am a first-grade teacher. I love my work, but there are days that I wonder how much longer I can continue to teach. A room full of 6 and 7 year olds requires a great deal of both physical and mental output. The pain and fatique of RA can create quite a challenge in this regard. Are there any other teachers out there dealing with this disease? I'm sure there are those of you who have had to make difficult occupational changes as a result of this disease. I would like to hear how others have handled such issues.
