My daughter has psoriasis, which I'm hoping never winds up being psoriatic arthritis. Your doctor will tell you what you should or shouldn't do to plan for a family. I don't know what meds you are on, but some meds for RA should be stopped before getting pregnant. Some meds stay in your system for a long time after stopping them. I have a friend that has RA, and the RA went into remission throughout the entire pregnancy. After she had the little one, she went into a flare, strange huh?
