Guest guest
" Good-o " , Dan! Yes, let's hope so. I'm still working on a response to some of your posts over at Heward's list and approaching the limit here of how many posts one person should submit, so I'll leave that at that 'for the nonce'. In any case, thanx for this! [i found your Onion joke a little rough but hae no a mind, I was feeling probably a bit too " yin " at that moment! :-)] " Be of good cheer -- unless you had other plans " (and all that), marte > > Dear Alice, > > I saw it. Guest guest
Hi , I had Chiari diagnosed about one-two years after my initial Lipomeningocele diagnosis. I've never needed surgery for the Chiari thankfully - I do get pressure pains in the back of head with certain actions (straining, and occasionally with positional changes.) One way I knew the tether was " active " again was I would get intense, various Chiari symptoms (numerous pressure pains/spinal fluid headaches, etc.) The one thing that the untetherings did do for me was help the Chiari symptoms and with one untethering the herniation went from 10 mm w/blockage to 5 mm and no blockage after.
