Guest guest
Nine month PSA remains undetectable. That is the good news. The not so wonderful news, a couple of weeks ago I had to have a second crystoscopic exam. This one hurt like hell (the first did not). The Foley came out this morning, but I have to self-catheritize once a day to keep the bladder neck from closing (mucho scar tissue from the RRP). Erections, however continue not to be a problem, despite losing both nerve bundles. I do use tadalafil now and again, though it is not necessary for the erections, it does improve them. I did use it every other day for the first six months to keep everything in working order. Cost less than a buck a day from India.
