Guest guest Posted March 20, 2005 Report Share Posted March 20, 2005 my weight is 217lbs.on my 5'5 frame.I do not eat enought to keep this kind of weight on the Drs. tell me.My face is of course puffy and I look like Ms.Pillbury's wife.I guess it is a small price to pay to be pain free with this disease huh? Guest guest Posted March 20, 2005 Report Share Posted March 20, 2005 hi there: I can so relate to you both.......I have been on .5 mg for 2 years and gained over 30 lbs and I hardly eat and do not overeat............I have decided to taper off myself and am taking it every other day now........have not told my rheumy yet.........i have lost 5 lbs but I know it will be hard to lose.....those damn steroids make it so hard to lose.
