I tried estradiol compounded in olive oil and that irritated me too. Dee mentioned that perhaps I should start slowly, and I admit I put on a full dose twice a day. I stopped for the past few days and the stinging is gone.(i am just back to my usual irritated bottom, not the highly irritated one!) Does anyone have a suggestion on what else to compound with? It seems strange, but I don't think I am irritated by propylene glycol, since astroglide does not bother me. Perhaps I should look into that. Any other ideas?
