Guest guest
In my house, everything that is breakable [glasses, dishes, etc] have all been given a value of $.25. I have a 6 year old here that breaks things, less than I do. It helps my little guy to see that he isn't the only person to break dishes... It helps me to know that all the glassware I have busted only works out to about $10 <g> We use paper a lot here, but we have dishes... our church has a rummage sale, twice a year and I can get a brand new (to me) set, every 6 months, if I am in need. It's kind of neat to haVE different dishes, at any given time. Don't be embarassed by your lack of matching dishes.... if that were all we had to deal with, we would be in great shape! My hands were helped tremendously by gloves and splints. I was put in burn gloves by my doctor and the support they gave was great! They were expensive and my insurance didn't cover them. I ordered them anyway. Then, the Jobst people quit making burn gloves ( why don't I believe them??) and I am without them now. I used them for over 3 years. The gloves made me stand out ( call me a wanna be ) but they made my hand look like a hand! When I first started wearing these gloves, my hand looked like a blob.... after a couple days , it looked likE A HAND. There was some pain for the first couple days as I adjusted to them. My experience was these gloves were well worth all the bs I went through to get them. I just wish I could still get them.... motown cath
