Guest guest
I think the one-day-at-a-time is just about the only thing we can hang on to. I consider it a good day when I don't cry my eyes out! Love, Cam FW:Lynn...Cam > > Hi it's Sheri, > > I was just reading what Cam and Lynn wrote about the terrible pain and not able to do anything, well you are not alone! I have been that way for about 2-3 years now. I feel like I died, and don't know who this is in my body. My arms hurt all the time too. I am 100% disabeled and have a 12 yr old daughter (Casey). I don't know what I would do without her. Can't write anymore, but thought I'd let you know i'm right there with you. > It kinda seems like AA or something, one hour at a time though. > Move slow > Sheri > > > > >
Guest guest
God bless you, Sheri. What a beautiful letter. I am so deeply touched. The reason I said that about dying in 20 years or less is that I am pushing 70 and don't want to live forever!!!! I agree with you that laughter is the best medicine for us. But sometimes it is hard to come by, isn't it??? Love you much, Cam You are an amazing woman!!! Re: Lord mentioned once Lynn-or more > Hi Cam, > I haven't sent anything your way in quite a while, at least I don't remember > it LOL. > You wrote that you have one daughter that is supportive, better than none. I > know it is hard to think of it that way, but that is how I get by often! > Success-success is you, you gave life to 2 daughters who are hopefully both > contributing to society in their own ways. You care for 4 cats that maybe > would be alone if it weren't for you. You play and teach the piano, one day > one of your students may become the best in the world, because of you. 12 > Bible study students..if not for you they may have never learned about > religion-one may become a minister some day..because of you. Once in your > message you wrote LOL.. When I asked my Pastor similar questions she said > well, the Lord gave you something that isn't fatal and several times in our > conversation you have laughed. He gave you the ability to laugh in spite of > your pain-don't stop laughing! Complaining, crying, not being cross , or > canceling anything have nothing to do with success. Is there something I am > missing, why do you say that the only blessing is that you will die before > 20 more years?? Also that you pray that you do. Let me tell you something, > when the day comes and you go home you will stand before the Lord and he > will say here is a woman who had more pain in her life than most could even > think of, and could still smile. Here is a woman that is a SUCCESS! I am > glad to have her home. Just remember it will happen when he wants it to, it > s not up to you. Cam you gave me help when I first joined this group, and if > it hadn't been for you I probably would not have stayed. You are the only > one who responded to my first note. > SUCCESS > Some days it is hard to move and I just don't > Understand it. All I > Can do is move on one step at a time.I > Can't give up, the world needs my laughter! > Even though it is hard I still try. > Some day it will all make > Sense, that will be the day I stand with the Lord. > Gentle Hugs and Love > Sheri > >
