Guest guest Posted September 1, 2005 Report Share Posted September 1, 2005 ok, a while ago i bought winsor pilates cds, i have five, and i tried doing it and its a bit hard i would say. anyway, what i was wondering is if anyone else have tried it and does it really work. i was thinking of doing it in combination with tae bo, since supposedly pilates tones you. but im not sure if it really works. im just trying different things, since going to the gym is completely boring for me, i cant seem to enjoy the gym, i get bored from being on an eliptical machine, i dont find enthusiasm in doing any work outs in the gym. with billy however i LOVE excersising and i am so in to commiting and losing weight, im just not sure if its enough. any thoughts?
