Hi There,If you may need to fly with 02, do get checked by your doctor ahead of time. Airlines need 48 hours at least and I would give them 72 hours to be safe and to ensure that 02 is set up. Some airlines in the US may allow you to bring on a small portable concentrator.Air Canada charges $150.00 per lag for use of the airlines 02. However, provided one plans ahead of time the airline provides 02, and several other carriers in Canada do not or have not when I’ve had to fly. I hope this article is helpful.
