Thanks Nina. It's weird b/c I didn't have this much foot pain before but on the

other hand the other tsc symptoms are improving. I hope the feet calm down a

bit. I tried an experiment, 1/2 a lidoderm patch on my feet in the most painful

area, it was great, they're a little hard to walk on but it's a good trick if

anyone gets desperate. I have a new PCP b/c my insurance changed. I haven't seen

a neurologist since 11/05 b/c they weren't able to help and I hated all those

EMGs.

For , I'm trying out these Lynco inserts, they feel really comfortable in

my tennis shoes, www.foot.com<http://www.foot.com/>

Make sure if you have custom made ones that they use some soft materials for the

top layer.
