Thanks for the recipes -- they look yummy! a, I have made the

cauliflower mashed potatoes and you are right, they are great!

My middle child, , who is now 17, was diagnosed with Type I diabetes

at age 7. Horrible, horrible disease for a little kid to have to deal with!

Today, other than the teenage stuff, he is doing pretty well ... sorta. He

has an insulin pump and he has started eating mostly whatever he wants and

then just pumping in the correct amount of insulin. It's frustrating as this

diabetes (his future) scares the @#*! outta me!
