Guest guest
Well, you can try one of two things. 1.) Prozac 2.) Alcohol Prozac has been marketed on TV for " social anxiety. " (Or maybe it was Xanax, or perhaps something completely different). You can try it and see if it makes you feel more at ease in social situations. Alcohol, though, is what I'd recommend. You can see if makes you more outgoing. Not drunk, but definitely lowered inhibitions. When I get drunk, I loose my inhibition to touch people, and to ramble off Speed Seduction patterns. However, I pretty much keep to myself. A good yardstick, from what I'm gathering here, is how much you *give a shit* about others. For example, on this list, I think Camille is funny, is conservative, and... well... that's about it. (I have an opinion about nah, but it's not formed from this list). I could state things about other members, but they would have no emotion, however slight, behind them. On the other hand, I have a friend who constantly asks me about my opinions of other people on the Learning Strategies Corporation forums. He finally asked me, " you don't care about anyone, do you? " I told him that being autistic means just that. I suppose it's a Theory of Mind problem. I don't bother forming opinions of people who have little to no net-effect on my life. One related problem is my tremendous anxiety with cold walk-ups when I was actively doing Speed Seduction. Success would mean moving a person from the " no net impact " category to the " tremendous net impact " category. As such, I never did it, and confined myself to people actively looking for a relationship (or at least a quickie).

I'm actually a fairly centrist libertarian, for the most part, but I am way right of most people on this list, it seems. It is funny that on some lists I am the conservative, and on others, I am the liberal, and I am the same guy, with the same set of opinions in either case. I really riled a bunch of them on the other list when I suggested that I might not vote for Bush...
Guest guest
I'm a fairly centrist authoritarian. I simply don't believe that most people are capable of looking out for themselves, and I don't believe that corporations are trustworthy. I try to avoid discussing religion and politics, though. They tend to be emotional subjects, which means my alexathymia is going to kick in and prevent me from talking sensibly about them. ----- Original Message ----- > But on one other email list I am on, I am the liberal there.
