Guest guest
I just got this from NAAR, " NAAR can only fund a study if a researcher makes a proposal. NAAR has the money and researchers must approach them with a viable hypothesis, data source, methods, etc. for their scientific advisory board to review and approve. Researchers without these things will not get their projects approved. Read the statements on NAAR research from the NAAR board. They welcome studies into biomedical/environmental factors...they are not getting the proposals. " Have any bio-medical researchers given any proposals to NAAR? I think I know the answer but had to ask. Please-e-mail me privately if you can. Market
