Guest guest
Thank you for letting me know I was doing some thing right, I snack on pork skins a lot, I love them and wasn't sure if they were ok to be used as a snack. Ruby I also know of some who chew on carrotts, they say they are fine but I don't like carrotts. And some decent flavors out there: bar b q, garlic, regular, etc. Regards, Re: is there any thing to snack on? > Good Morning Mark, > > For sure there are pork rinds to chew on. > If you would like you could, now don't laugh, munch on some really > cold juicy crisp > fresh string beans. Guest guest
Yes celery is excellent. Maybe a very small strip of fresh red pepp per. It is higher in vitamin c than oranges. Go for a little. I suspect though it is high in carbs so be cautious. Rita
Guest guest
Yes all those fresh veggies just mentioned and try adding a little fresh sour cream with some slivered almonds. Crunch and munch and creamy too! Smile. I have often thought I could write up a good menu. lol. Rita
Guest guest
I think gave you-and all of us-a great list of snacks! Made me hungry. is there any thing to snack on? is there any thing a type two diabetic can snack on when ever they got to have some thing to eat? some times, we aren't really hungry, but just need to chew on some thing. is there a food like this, that we not need worry about the carbs, because there are so little that it really doesn't make my difference? or is it a fact, that type two diabetics, have to count every bite of any thing that we put in our mouths for the rest of our life? I suppose I could chew on some water. maybe I should just freeze some and then I would have a thing to chew on when I just got to have some thing in my mouth. Guest guest
Oh yea! you don't know how good it is to hear from the blind-diabetics again. I was kicked off by Yahoo. They had some problem which also kicked Jerry Literell and Vann off as well. We have been working to get back on again. Take care and sure is good to be back. Cy, the Ancient One... Guest guest
WElcome back, By. Francis says " hello " . I saw him yesterday. by the way, I have been lucky and have never been bounced off by Yahoo. How does this happen? Re: is there any thing to snack on? So has anybody found Kosher Pork Rhines? Guest guest
what happens is your local internet service provider will bounce emails back to yahoo as either spam or blacklisted email addresses based on seeing email addresses/domains in the text of the email posted to the list. If you are not familiar with blacklisted emails, do a google on the words " blacklisted email address " and you can read up on it. After yahoo gets about 10 to 15 bounce backs from any email account, they temporarily disable the subscriber's email address from the mailing list figuring they are getting bounce backs from a dead email account. Imagine having close to 1 million people subscribed to numerous email lists and how many bounce backs they get in a day LOL. So, after any email bounces 10 back to them, they disable the account to cut down on traffic on their end and require the person to click a link to reactivate their account. I.E lets them know it is a real active account still so they can let mail come back to it. Quite a common practise really in this industry. So, yahoo sends you an email and says they have gotten several bounce backs from your account and to reactivate it, click this link. Once your account is reactivated, confirming to yahoo it is a live email address, you start getting email from the list again as Cy did. HTH Regards, Re: is there any thing to snack on? > > > So has anybody found Kosher Pork Rhines? > > > > > >
Guest guest
Hmmm. IU did once get an E-mail from yahoo on a diffeennt list, asking if I had requested being taken off the list-and not to respond if that was not true. Very odd to the computer illiterate that I basically am!
