Guest guest
Hey , You probably missed my post to you about your lipomeningocele diagnosis but no tethered cord diagnosis. (Lipomeningocele diagnosis and meaning include a tethered cord.) Wondering how in the world a doctor could diagnosis one and think the other doesn't exist. If he was smart enough to see the LMC you would think he would know neuro 101 and say, tether - yes (or at least one of your other follow-up docs should have known better.) Have you read your LMC diagnosis MRI report? What does it state for where the lipoma is? Is it intra and extra dural? I just can't twist my brain around how this could happen to someone.
