Severe, excruciating back pain

has anyone had any problems with their lower back going out? this is

the first time in ten years it has been this severe. i had to call an

ambulance last night because i could not move at all..i couldn't even

get to the bathroom! i'm home alone now and don't know what i'm going

to do..... it feels like i have exposed nerves being twisted and

stabbed, the pain is severe at times i want to pass out. it radiates

to my groin area and down my leg...coming mostly from my right hip..

just wondering if anyone else has had this problem..the hospital did

nothing....
