Guest guest
the work does make my life better. as to my late frustration attacks i couldn't not wondering why the same thoughts appear in my head over and over.. even after i do the work. i guess some screws are lo & #1501;sening harder than others, but they do loosen. so i thought to say this cause all my messages here are complaints.. it's true i use this forum to consult regarding the bad times, and not bothering to inform of my success's, not that there's anything wrong with that but thank you. Guest guest
so Facy, for you and maybe for us, where do you see that your life has changed / improved as a result of using the work? For me, I can see that I feel less depression, less stressed, no longer want to kill myself (compared to earlier this year), am enjoying a job that I would never have considered previously (doing the work on it meant that I decided to try it out), I'm happy being single rather than in a relationship. Overall, I feel more balanced in my emotions - less manic highs, less severe lows, more content. I often find myself smiling and relaxed in situations that used to get me angry - I also find I'm in my own business much more, compared to the previous 20 years when I always seemed to be in other people's business :-) Much love and thanks, Jon
