Guest guest
Hi You said... >I take a huge if not scary amount of amitriptylene (150 mg) and 900 mg of >neurontin. I am also taking 900 mg of neurontin, which is considered a very low dose. Most people are take around 2000mg. It does seem high to me though, and I do have side effects with it. I am also tiny (85-90 pounds --> I don't consider *you* tiny ) so 900mg is probably equal to a larger dose for other people. Alaria
Guest guest
recommend exercise, which I've also heard from the medical advice columns/articles I've read. But doesn't it hurt it a lot to do it?? I find it it troublesome to walk to work and my pain level is not all that bad. I can't imagine on those days going for a real exercise-based walk much less something like aerobics. At the same time I know it's important. What do you do to make things comfortable for exercise? Are there any specific clothing items you wear? Do you find something like A & D ointment or Astroglide does help enough? Or do you only exercise when you don't have much/any pain?
