not that it solves all my problems.. but it's a new understanding for

me, a start.

i was feeling low recently, but i was also open.. i just didn't know

what i was looking for or what my problem is.

and a friend said something to me the other day.. that has resonated

true.. and when i tried it .. it was really amazing.

my attitude lately was to investigate thoughts.. deal with thoughts..

have my relationship with my thoughts.. and i could find no anchor in

it. they are too liquid and virtual.

and my friend has mentioned the vipassanna technique, where there are

many common guidlines with the work.. but the difference is that you

are not messing with your head and thoughts at all.

you only get aware of your body and the chemicals flowing in it now.

you let your head do what it does.. not trying to control it, and you

listen to your physical gut.

when i was bothered about stuff i could not point my finger at .. i

tried this.. simply sit down and listen to my stomach, and then iv

noticed how a virtual thought in my head arises .. and then i get a

reaction in my body.

and then i realized, my problem is not the thought .. or the reality..

it is the body.. and as long as im not aware of it.. it serves like a

soundtrack in a movie ... when you focused on the movie, you are not

aware of the sountrack .. but it is pressing on your emotion buttons

... and thus, a strong movie experience.

when you get aware of the music.. and you notice that this is a sound

of a REAL piano, and this is a REAL trombone, and this is an accord,

and this is one one of an orchestra .. when you focus on how they

technically made the movie and the experience, you are no longer

attached to it.

from one hand.. the magic is gone .. from the other hand, you know

what you are not.

and now i understand even better question 3 of the work, how do you

react the thought .. cause i used to get drift with this question and

answer on how this thought changes my life and how i view reality

through it, when now i understand.. it is better to notice what

chemical feeling, what physical reaction does it generate.

and i also think now it's not nessesary to investigate your thoughts,

or inquire into your programming.

if you get aware to your stomach, you'r connected to the present, the

body is the gateway to the present, and then the true meaning of your

essence of your thoughts are viewed clearly by itself.

it go's deep.. hope i made this clear enough.
