Guest guest
I've got a question about technique of using the " Humapen " pen-type insulin delivery system instead of syringes (note that I started using this *after* my hypo episode, and not for my nighttime dose). After injecting, when I remove the needle, there is always a drop of insulin (and usually 2-3 drops) that fall off the end of the needle. I've tried leaving the needle there a few extra seconds and I've made sure that the button has been pressed all the way in. Is it supposed to be this way? Is this a flaw of the pen?
