Guest guest
I was wondering if anyone has this problem? Weather iam flare-up or not I can not lay in bed or anywhere for longer then 2 hours. After 2 hours I am in such pain it usually doesn't go away all day. Even 2 hours gives me pain so can't do more. Anyone else like that???? God Bless Deborah R. Deborah ( can i call you Debbie or do you prefer Deborah, or Deb:) I can not lay in my bed at all, and my boyfriend thinks i am nuts, the only place i can get any sleep is on the couch, or in my daughters bed, but only for a 1/2 hour to a hour or so before i wake. I dont sleep long and never deep sleep. So am mostly exhausted all the time.. sometimes if i find some medicine or can buy some then the pain will ease up or if I am so exhausted that i almost pass out i will sleep for two hours straight but not often. I am in pain all the time... flare-ups must be the times when the pain has me just lying in one place crying.. that is all i can think of.. but at that time is so bad cuz i tolerate much pain through out the day and night. I have no pain meds, excedrin if i have some.. because i have no insurance, and my doctor says that aspirin is all i need. hummm i am sure he has never felt this pain,, what you all think? anyways.. i know what you are going through and i am not sure why i can only sleep in certain places but it is true for me as well... hope that answers your question huggles
Guest guest
I have a feather bed topper which helps most of the time. I do find, however, that I sleep much better and sounder on the couch. I've often wondered if it was because the back of the couch helps to support me in a certain position. Hmmmm.
