I hope you are seeing a Rheumatologist so you can get on some medicine to help. Also, try massaging your hands with one of the rubs that warms your hands. There are so many, try a few and see which one is better for you. That will ease the pain and with the help of your Doctor they won't hurt as much soon. Sincerely, Colletti Anjillah@...
