Guest guest
Tawny, I even use words in the wrong context/blank out on what I was saying sometimes. I attribute mine to fibro-fog,butmy DD calls it Old Timers disease. I had thought about taking ginkgo or something like that but with all the meds I am on, I'm afraid of side effects! Hope you are doing well, good to see you on the board. I've been fighting my way back from a flare so haven't been on line. Guest guest
Oh Jane, I do the same thing!!! It's so embarassing too. I feel like I'm losing my mind. My famiy is so use to it, they try to fill in what I'm saying, or just stare at me. I'm doing alright for right now. I'm doing a little wallking when the weather isn't too bad. When I go back to the rheumy then I will see what the x-rays look like,I don't want to hurt myself. With all the meds, I'm also scared to take anything else. You take care, and hope that you start feeling better soon. The spring is near, and I am so ready. Guest guest
It's got to where even my girls in my Bible study group know what I really mean when I say the wrong word! I feel like such a goober when that happens! I am back at work today, but kinda biting the bullet til 4:30. I'm so glad that my cell phone has a voice memo thing on it, that comes in real handy for stuff I gotta remember not to forget. and thank God for post-it notes....glad you are getting around a little better. I think we are all looking forward to spring and warmer weather. Hugs Jane ] > > > > Tawny, I even use words in the wrong context/blank out on what I > was > > saying sometimes. Guest guest
Jane, I wonder what some people think that doesn't know anything about our condition. That is what I often think about, because sometimes I get the strangest look. I'm talking on the phone, and I lose my train of thought, and at the other end their just in silence:) We are strong to deal with all this. You try to take it easy, you are super woman the way you go. I will be keeping you, and your sweet daughter in my prayers, Hugs, Tawny > > > > > > > > Hey everyone, > > > > I haven't been on here much, but still trying to keep up with > the > > > > posts. Guest guest
Tawny, you're not alone in that fog!! I get that way, too. In fact, I am usually pretty quick with the come backs at work and at home. But, when I am in that fog and people say that I'm not juping on the come backs, I simply tell them that I am trying to lull them into a false sense of security!! Take care.....Love and Prayers..Marina
