Does anyone else use Vicks Vaporub?

My husband HATES Ben Gay and I found sometimes it burns. I like it but if it

burns, that is awful. I use Aspercream sometimes, and it is great cuz it does

not smell. I tried odorless Ben Gay and I do not remember why, but I REALLY

hated it. (maybe I missed the smell? LOL, I do not mind the smell of Ben Gay

at all)

I only take mtx and ibuprofen. I spent nearly 2 years with no insurance and no

meds, bordering on suicidal, and totally unable yo function, dress myself etc

from this.

Well, lately, the pain is not like it used to be. It used to be excruatiating

even if I did not move at all. Now when it hits, usually it only hurts if I try

to push, so I settle for my mtx and ibuprofen with occasional aspercream etc.

My docs asoc is pushing to put me on Remicade, in addition to mtx cuz I do still

manifest nearly daily somewhere, and I cannot work. I am happy with just having

pain if I move, dumb a s that might sound to some people. I have 2 disabled

kids and a terminally ill husband and I use a scooter to get around when my

legs, feet flare. When my hands are useless we watch movies,TV together.

At Christmas I had flu and used Vicks - and wow, it helped my hands and such

pretty good. while my family prefers Aspercream, some days I prefer Vicks.

Does anyone else ever use Vicks?
