Can't get this flare under control

Oh boy it's been a difficult couple of weeks for me. The predisone

burst worked while I was at 10 mg but now back to 5 and flaring again.

The good news is I go for rhemicade infusion today (rhemy bumped it up

a week and increased the dose to 5 Mg? from 3) I sure hope it gives me

some relief! Has anyone here flared on rhemicade and then gotten back

on track or is this another worn out med. I've been on it a year with

very good results till now.
